Sarah’s povOnce I saw the divorce paper lying on Justin’s desk, I held my breath. Justin looked at it mechanically and tossed it aside. He stubbornly opened his laptop and started working on it. The man was going through so much all at once.“Stand up,” Holding his hand I tried to pull him onto his feet.“What is it?” he tried to act nonchalant, but I knew him better.“I said stand up, Justin Deluca.” Sighing heavily, he pushed back his laptop and stood up.“Now, what, Sarah?”“Nothing. I just wanted to hug you, silly.” I circled my arms around his hard body and leaned my cheek on his chest. He kept standing there obstinately letting me have my way.“Hug me, a*sshole!” I muttered in his chest and felt his strong arms around me, “Not like this. Hold me tight. Think of me as your friend. A friend who wants to be there for you, Justin. Don’t push me away. Please. Let me in!”When his demeanor didn’t change, I kept glued to his body purposely, silently telling him that I wasn’t backing o
Sarah Garner pov:(Past flashback)“I went through their work and all it had was nothing but postponed dates without any reason,” I explained to Justin and tried to hold back my yawn maybe for the third time when he chuckled and leaned back in his seat.“Is Keith making you awake?” he asked me, there was mischief laced in his voice.“Nah!” I tried to hide the unexpected blush, “We just found out this morning that we are pregnant!” I said sinking my teeth in my lower lip.“You are what?” he left his seat to come and hug me, “Keith is sure faster than any of us!” he bantered while hugging me gently to him.“Why don’t you go and spend some time with your guy? I can take care of these things.”“No! He is at last getting serious about getting financially strong. Let him work hard. I can lay back on my back in my ninth month.” It was just an excuse otherwise I was not planning to quit until the last day of my pregnancy. We were planning to spend maximum time with our baby. “Should I ask s
Sarah’s pov Granny was sitting in the living room like she had committed some crime. My father was pacing around just to intimidate me. I knew it because he had been doing it since I was a baby. My mom was the only one who could let him get under her skin otherwise Marwick and I never let that happen. “Aunt Electra! I didn’t leave my daughter so she can be coaxed into a relationship with any man other than Justin.” “Dad…” I tried to speak but he didn’t let me. That day, when I told Justin about my relationship with Keith, I cried because I was ashamed of what I did behind his back. I was not planning to cry in front of my parents or anyone else just because I fu*kin fell for some other guy of my choice. “Sarah. You will only marry Justin!” he said in his usual heavy voice “No one else but Justin Deluca.” “Dad!” I stood up. “I don’t want to hear anything, Sarah.” He was being ludicrous. Just then I decided to put a stop to all of it. “Nah! That’s not happening, dad. By the way
Ashley’s povThe moment I started sucking those swollen lips, he seemed to be taken by surprise. His body had gone rigid against mine. My both hands had fisted his long hair and I was grinding my mouth to him.He was not responding to my kiss but who cared? I ran my tongue on his lips and moaned with happiness when his mouth opened and welcomed my tongue.Right after getting access, it started swirling in his mouth trying to remember the sweet taste of the saliva that I could never forget, I felt his arms circling around me and squeezing me in his embrace.Due to the weight, I started folding my knees until they touched the floor. Both of us were now kneeling on the floor. His mouth could not remain rigid for long and started kissing me back. It started opening to give me wet kisses. Our tongues had started the fight without caring in the world about winning or losing. Not aware of how long we made out but once I felt we could no longer breathe, I detached my mouth and started breathi
Ashley Walters povI felt something in my mouth and tried to gag. What the hell!My lashes unclasped and I tried to spit that thing.“What is this? Yuck!” I groaned in my sleep and wondered if Aniya or Eve had prepared coffee. I needed a strong cup.Gosh! My head might explode anytime now.“EVE!” I tried to call her loudly, “COFFEE! PLEASE!” My eyes fluttered close when I again felt that strange thing on my tongue.“Kitten!” Said a sleepy male voice beside me, “Edith would bring you, coffee, love.”The voice reminded me of Justin. Sigh! What!Justin? My eyes flew open. His head was there on my chest and his long curls were getting inside my mouth.“Umm. Justin? Is it you? Move away!” I pushed him with all my might and propped up on my elbows. Memories from the previous night started hitting me right in the head.I was almost a mess in bed. The quilt was wrapped around my body and the almost nak*ed man beside me was glued to me leaving more than half the side of his bed.“Let’s go to s
Hello readers. I hope you are enjoying this book. I am planning to finish this book by the end of the month. (By the end of March 2023 or by the 10th of April 2023. Depending on my commitments and Physio appointments.) Yes, the journey of Justin and Ashley is about to end. :-( After this, I plan to start a new book about Rowan Levisay and Sophia Wyatt. Both are the characters from my previous book, Oops I Married A CEO By Mistake. If you want you can read the book, but this Sophia/ Rowan book can also be read as a stand-alone novel. However, instead of starting a new book all over, I will add its chapters HERE. Once I will write the Epilogue of this book (Ouch! My CEO Fiance Fell For His Maid) after that I will take a rest for a few days and then will start writing the additional chapters. For those who want to stop at the Epilogue, is completely fine with me. :-) Thank you for staying with me and for encouraging me at every step and every chapter. Please keep in mind that I read
Ashley Walters povThe elderly woman was still the same. Except, she was no more wearing the maid uniform. Her white hair was still tied back in a bun. One or two more wrinkles had appeared on her face, but she still was the same. Her posture was straight, at least better than mine, her chin was up and that might be the reason she still didn’t have a double chin.“Hello, Ms. Walters.” She said with a cordial smile. Unexpectedly Edith didn’t take time and brought her to me within one hour, “I have heard you want to talk to me?”They both took their seats before us.“Please answer whatever she wants to know.” Said Justin sitting beside me. All this time, his hand never left mine, “Also she is NOT Ms. Walters. You can call her Mrs. Deluca.”The way Justin told her, made my heart flutter in my chest. A smile started teasing the corner of my mouth.“Oh,” she nodded in understanding, “I am sorry, Mrs. Deluca,” my heart was racing by now. A person calling me Mrs. Deluca was something I never
“You are unusually quiet, kitten.” I heard Justin’s low whisper beside me. We came late after wandering around outside and now we were having a scrumptious dinner that Edith made for us.“Nothing,” I tried to smile and placed a bread piece on his plate, “I have got a busy week ahead, but I need to talk to Sarah too.”I shared my concern at hand and placed my fork down.“Then what’s the problem?” he asked me and offered me a cucumber piece that I immediately accepted and opened my mouth.I chewed it and gobbled it down with my diet coke.“Time is the real issue. I can’t expect her to come over just to give me explanations. Secondly, Helga said the suitcase might either be with Sarah or it might still be lying in that storeroom. If it’s there I need to check it.”“Kitten, listen to me. One problem at a time. Please. Just focus on your presentation. I can take you to the mansion in the evenings and bring you back before midnight.”I looked at him with a frown, “You will do that for me, J

Sophia’s pov: Colter was smart, intelligent, and the school’s soccer team captain. For every girl, he was an ideal. But he chose me as his girlfriend. We were good initially but then he started showing his true colors. “Your cousin is a creep, Sophie. He keeps staring at you. The little boy can’t control his urges,” he used to make fun of Rowan and I never liked it. “He is NOT my cousin, Colt.” I used to defend Rowan and that used to annoy him even more. “Yeah. Whatever. He is younger, Sophie. Just a kid! Don’t ever forget that. Trust me! Nobody wants to date a baby.” His remark tugged my heartstrings that day. Every other day he used to get aggressive and used to remind me that Rowan was just a mere kid. Most of the time his aggression used to be due to Rowan. He disliked it when Rowan used to sit right opposite our place in the cafeteria. He easily could get offended if he would find Rowan, visiting my place. I tried convincing him that Rowan was a family friend but failed.
Rowan’s pov:The girl in my arms was sleeping soundly. She was making me feel like my arms were the best place where she could get that deep sleep. She was making me feel like I was a safe haven for her. That fuc*ker Colter tried to take away her spirit. Her soul. But she did it. She defeated him. The day she called me for help, I knew how much courage she must have gathered to do it. To type that single message. That single word.“Rowan!” she murmured in her sleep and stirred in my arms.“Go to sleep, Sophie. You are safe.” I said and closed my eyes but the she-devil close to me, kept rubbing herself against me intimately.“Soph!” I whispered and she made a pout in her sleep and opened her sleep-filled hooded eyes to look at me, “Go to sleep, love.”I tried to control my desire shooting up by her touch. She shook her head and started rubbing her cheek against my chest skin.“You smell amazing, Rowan.” She started kissing my chest and then climbed up to bring her face close to mine, “
Rowan Levisay pov I looked down at the delicate girl in my arms who, very slowly, was now getting closer to me. She already lived in my heart and had, at last, started seeing me. The only difference was, she spotted me after twenty-five goddamn years. And I noticed her when I was just two. She used to sit cozily in bed with my sisters. I could hear their giggling sounds in my cot and always wanted to get down so that I could join the fun. Sometimes, Mom used to allow me to go to them. They used to cuddle me in between and all I wanted at that time was to sit beside my girl. She used to get irritated by my presence, and how I used to cling to her, stare at her. “Mom! I think she doesn’t like me.” While growing up, the four years old me, asked my mom. She smiled and made me sit on her lap. “She might see you if you stop clinging to her. Nobody likes that, Rowan. Everyone loves to have some space, son.” In my teenage years, I could never make a steady girlfriend. Because they all u
Sophia’s pov. Restless, I continued to toss and turn in my bed, the weight of my past worries pressing heavily upon my chest. The hushed murmurs drifting up from downstairs did confirm what I already knew. My parents were still awake and their concern for me was refusing to let them succumb to sleep. Normally, my parents were early sleepers, but tonight was different. Tonight, their parental instincts were on high alert, their worry for me was palpable in the air. Ever since I could remember, they were protective of me and had shielded me from harm, nurtured me with unwavering love and care. As my adoptive parents, they made me and Jackson their utmost priority. They never let us feel that I was adopted and that Jackson was their own blood. As the minutes ticked by, I couldn't help but reflect on the countless times they had been my pillars of strength. They had been my unwavering support, always there to lend a hand or offer to just listen to me. To make me feel heard. And now,
Emerald's pov: The weight of her words settled upon us like a heavy burden, each of us grappling with our own emotions. But at that moment, amidst the chaos of thoughts and feelings, one thing was clear — Sophie had endured some kind of ordeal. Something that was beyond our thoughts, and we had to listen, support, and help her find solace in our embrace. “Talk to us, love.” Rafael encouraged her to speak, “What is it? What did Colt do to you?” his voice seemed tense. “If I will tell you then would you believe me?” She asked Rafael innocently. Like a baby. Gosh! I wanted to cry. I could not wait to be alone and cry in my husband’s arms. But right now, we both needed to stay strong. “Yes, we will.” Abigail spoke with determination, “You are our kid. Why won’t we trust you?” The moment Abigail said that Sophia started crying. Her tears started slipping down her smooth cheeks. “Sophie?” Rafael and I both called her name. We both were shocked. “Mom! Dad! The one month I was with him
Emerald's pov:Sophia was trembling while taking hesitant steps forward. She looked exhausted as if she had been through an ordeal that no words could adequately describe. The room remained silent, each of us holding our breath, waiting for her to speak.I saw Hunter gesturing for his investigators to leave the room without a sound. Finally, Sophia’s voice broke the silence, which was weak yet determined. "I... I'm sorry. I never meant to cause you all this worry. It's... it's complicated. I'll explain, I promise."Rafael and I exchanged glances, a mix of relief and concern etched on our faces. We moved closer to Sophia, enveloping her in a gentle embrace, offering comfort and reassurance. The room slowly came alive with a mixture of relief, confusion, and a silent desire for answers.Hunter, his voice laced with a mix of relief and urgency, stepped forward. "Sophie, we've been searching for you. Where have you been? Are you alright?"Sophia took a deep breath, her eyes darting around
Emerald Wyatt pov: (Sophia’s foster mom)“Emerald. Stop crying.” Abigail Levisay hugged me tightly, “Hunter has called Rowan and he will be here any minute. We will find Sophie. Don’t lose hope.”Tears were streaming down my face. I was sitting on the armchair, clutching a tissue in my trembling hands. Abigail Levisay … my compassionate friend and Rowan’s mom was kneeling beside me, offering comfort.I was sobbing uncontrollably, struggling to compose myself.“I can't help it, Abigail. I'm so scared for Sophie. It's been two days, and we still have no idea where she could be. And now with Colter found dead ... What if something terrible has happened to my daughter too?”Abigail wrapped her arms around me, holding me tightly. She shushed me gently, “I know, darling. It's an incredibly distressing situation, but we have to stay strong. We can't lose hope. Hunter has called Rowan, and he's on his way here. Rowan has connections. Along with Hunter, he can locate Sophie. We're going to fin
Sophia pov:Without another word, he started rubbing my back with soapy hands. Placing my palms on the bathroom walls, I closed my eyes feeling his touch on my body and then my hair with a whiff of my shampoo. He opened the shower and started washing the sand off my hair. I held my breath when I felt his hands unusually lingering on my bre*asts.“May I?” I asked him, offering him the same comfort. He slowly shook his head and wrapped a bathrobe around me.“I can’t risk that, Sophie.” He draped a towel around my hair like a turban. He was still wearing his costume while I was there without a piece of clothing, “I can take my shower later.”True to his word, he didn’t even bat an eye on my nak*edness.“I promise, I would be decent enough not to sed*uce you,” I said mischievously making him chuckle.“And do you think that would make me happy, princess?” he placed his palms on either side of me on the walls of the bathroom behind me,His eyes were searching mine with a mixture of seriousn
