Fynn's POV:

Kai had cut my call.

With that brief sentence, he had ended the conversation, and my head felt like it was splitting open because of these endless loops which my thoughts were swirling in.

I had handed Kai a list of every single one of my sins, confessed everything over the phone… and he had cut me off.

And the longer I spent thinking about it, the more I felt like I was losing my mind. Neither my heart, nor my brain was ready to cooperate with me. My legs were shaking and shivering like leaves caught in a storm, threatening to give out from under me… like I might collapse at any moment.

I felt my pulse spiking as a shadowy figure appeared in the corridor, marching straight towards me. I blinked, trying to clear the haze from my mind, and then I saw it: someone identical to my own cursed self, yet someone who was standing on the completely opposite side of morality.

He had come.

Fear shot through my body, I didn't even realize how long I had spent in this comatose s

Kai's POV: The night felt like it would stretch on forever. I had spent most of the night travelling to Camden Falls, and it was already four o'clock by the time I’d reached the hospital… I could only imagine how Fynn must have managed. Fynn and I had been taking turns checking on Vienna after she came out of surgery, but every second was dragging painfully. It had been almost five hours since she had been shifted to a private room, but she hadn't woken up yet. In spite of the reassurances from the medical staff, my heart wasn't willing to settle. Fynn and I were sitting silently on the bench outside her room– both desperate for reassurance, yet too tense to voice our unspoken fears to each other. Words felt useless, so we clung to each other’s presence as the only comfort we had. After five hours of this tense, torturous stillness, Fynn finally spoke up, his voice hoarse. “I’ll get us some coffee, yeah?” He murmured and I nodded, although sleep was far from our reach.

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Heart Attack

Vienna's POV:The faint hum of the machines around me was the first thing I noticed as I stirred back into consciousness. My eyelids felt heavy, but I forced them open. The chair to my right was empty, and that could only mean one thing: Kai had stepped out to get something.I didn’t need to ask him to know that. Even though I've been returning to consciousness only faintly before slipping back under… I knew that both of them had been there, right by my side. Somehow, I had always felt their presence– as steady as a heartbeat, even in my unconscious state. The only time either of them had left my side was when it was for absolutely urgent reasons. I turned my head slightly, and noticed Fynn standing on the left side of the room. I blinked against the bright sunlight pouring in through the window, filtering in with a soft shimmer. My vision adjusted, and Fynn’s tall figure caught my eye again. He was completely engaged in the conversation with the doctor. Although they were speaki

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Unsaid

Vienna's POV:Fynn's words reached me after a pause, but even that small duration of time was enough to completely flip his tone and the emotions playing in his heart. "I know it wasn’t your fault, Vienna… it was never your fault, it wasn't even Kai’s fault In fact, all the mistakes are on my end. I am the dumbest person alive, who hasn't just messed things up completely, but now that it is already late… still, it is taking me a lot of effort to accept my fault." I opened my mouth to protest, to tell him it wasn’t true. I remembered exactly how distraught he was when he first came to save me, and I wanted to comfort him, rid him of his guilt, just do anything which I had been too weak to do then. Seeing the heartbroken expression on his face, I felt myself pausing for a second, and before I could utter a single word, he held up his hand, stopping me gently. "Let me speak first, just this once." His voice was soft but firm, carrying the weight of emotions he had probably buried i

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Kill you!!

Kai's POV:I returned to Vienna’s hospital room with steady steps, holding a small bag with the supplies the doctor had mentioned. But as I reached the doorway, I froze. Through the partially open door, I saw that Vienna was awake… Fynn and her were sitting together and talking to each other. So they were finally talking to each other, at least. This was at least the start of closing the misunderstandings that had formed this chasm between them. Relief washed over me so strongly that I almost dropped the bag in my hand. Tears pricked at the corners of my eyes, imagining how much easier Fynn would be able to breathe now, that the weight of that guilt had been pushed off his chest. I wanted to walk in, but I didn’t want to intrude on their conversation. And yet, I couldn’t make myself step away either. This was everything I always wanted , but when it was finally happening, then I don't know why… why I was getting a little uneasy… and the fear of missing something very crucial kep

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Arrest her!!

Author's POV:The Belmont household had been unusually calm since the party at the Alpha's farmhouse. Without the unwelcome presence that had previously cast a shadow over their lives, things seemed almost idyllic. Orion felt lighter than he had in weeks, thanks to Tessa's newfound sweetness toward him. Meanwhile, Gemini floated around the house as if she were walking on clouds, and Orion’s improved mood only bolstered the household’s harmony. It was barely six in the morning when a sudden, relentless banging echoed through the halls, shattering the tranquility. Orion, already awake and nursing a cup of coffee, frowned as he went to the door. Swinging it open, his eyes widened in shock. Standing before him were Alpha Darius Blackwood and his Beta, Asher, flanked by a group of stern-looking guards. “A-Alpha?” Orion stammered, his voice thick with confusion. “Is something wrong? Why are you suddenly here? Is something wrong? Do you want something? Is there something I can help with?”D

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Diamond

Author's POV:Orion straightened his shoulders, giving off an air of confidence, hoping that nobody else would realize how hollow it actually was. He quickly adjusted his stance before clearing his throat;“First of all, Alpha, nothing is decided just yet. And secondly, even if Gemini might have done something to encourage Vienna to run away, so what? That doesn’t make her the culprit of anything. She was just an innocent, naive younger sister who was trying to help her elder sister after being manipulated by her… I am sure that if we Vienna right now, she will definitely have a convincing crying story about this too.”Alpha Darius’s aura darkened considerably, his jaw tightening as he thundered out;“Are you out of your mind, Orion?! This girl is responsible for the disappearance of your own daughter and you are asking about how she is concerned in that matter? Because she might have just encouraged or supported her to leave!!Just listen to your words, your daughter is missing and

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Run!!

Author's POV:Tessa was standing, frozen at the door of the study. Her knuckles were white due to the effort of suppressing the tremor in her hands, and stopping the tray in her hands from slipping or making a noise. She had never imagined that there might ever be a chance it was going to happen this soon… ever since her conversation with Gemini on the rooftop, she was aware that this situation might arrive at some point. But this soon and in this way!? That was never possible even in her wildest dreams. She had prepared the tray of snacks and tea with the intention of politely interrupting the conversation between Orion and Alpha Darius, curious about what kind of conversation could possibly require such a level of secrecy between them. But as their muffled voices flowed out through the crack in the door, her breath catching in her throat like a lump was stuck in her throat. The words she had overheard were chilling enough to freeze the blood in her veins. Fear started to rush in

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Face-off

Author's POV: The drumbeats echoed through the Arena, but their rhythmic thumping wasn't just supposed to mimic the heartbeat that was resonating deeply within the bones of every onlooker. Rather, they were also supposed to summon the spirits as witnesses of the Championship. And the chants of the crowd were rising to a crescendo as the first match of the championship was about to begin. Each face-off was a complete battle of strength, will, and heritage within itself. The fighters stepped into the circular ring, moving into their designated positions. The other purpose of the drums was to ensure that through the aura maintained inside the Arena, no one could completely shift into either pure human or pure wolf form during these fights. The sacred rules of the Arena were made to ensure fairness during the duels as the chants were being chanted by the shamans. The first pair of fighters stepped forward, their muscles rippling beneath their partially shifted forms. The fighters’ n

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Alpha of the North

Author's POV: The Northern Pack of Hefternort had always been a mystery to outsiders. Famous for being extremely reclusive and bound by traditions, they preferred to keep to themselves, rarely mingling with other packs, let alone humans. They were probably the only packs which clung to the old ways of living like tribals, worshipping their forest gods alongside the Moon Goddess, and taking on the burden of preserving the ancient rituals long abandoned by modern packs. Known to be one of the powerful packs, they never cared about any competitions, and rarely even revealed themselves to anyone. They were invited to the Championship every year, but they never cared to show up. And that's why, people slowly started to believe that they were not interested in the Championship at all… but the assumption that they might show up one day was there in everyone's heart. Still, no one had actually expected them to enter the championship. The murmurs of the crowd grew as did the level of exci

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Skinwalkers?!

Author's POV: Over the past week, all petty rivalries and long-standing clashes had been stashed away for later. The packs and pack members had set aside their grievances with each other, as all their focus had been narrowed to a single event: the Championship for the Supreme Alpha. Preparations had been in full swing for a while now, as volunteers from every pack had been sent to coordinate the efforts. A massive Arena had been constructed within a neutral territory outside of Camden Falls; for this, the vast central area of the woods had been carved out, forming a battleground designed to test the mettle of those who dared to claim the throne. But what was special about the Challenge for the Supreme Alpha was that, unlike other competitions where there was always a winner and a loser… in this Arena, there was no guaranteed winner. If the finalists Alphas ended up killing each other, then there shall be no Supreme Alpha for that tenure. And coincidentally enough, all the champ

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Old Bonds

Vienna's POV: Orion’s face had gone pale, as sweat started to trickle along the sides of his temple. His lips were shaking with the effort of keeping his tears under control, but no words came out of his mouth. Probably, he still needed time to believe that the girl he had left at the mercy of Tessa and a few pennies in his house was his actual daughter, the one carrying his bloodline. The one who actually deserved his love, care and attention. While he had done the exact opposite of it, since he had given all his affection, care, attention, money and privilege to the one who wasn't even his daughter. He had really messed up big; all this time, he had been cherishing the stone while neglecting the diamond, and now when he had finally come to know the reality of his daughter… I have already decided to leave him. And that's not even my fault, I reminded myself. Old bonds were hard to break, but it was him who hadn't given me the place and attention I always deserved… and he didn't

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Blood Bond

Vienna's POV:I could feel the tension in the air; and the awkwardness was thick enough to choke on, as Orion stammered, his voice barely above a whisper. "What... what are you saying... about Vienna?" Before I could respond, Tessa’s voice cut through the silence, dripping with frustration. “Gemini isn’t your daughter, you thick-headed fool!” “So stop thinking of ways to get her killed and beg Vienna to save her life. Or I won’t let you take a single breath in peace! I’ve done all this, planned all of this… just for my daughter’s sake! And I’m definitely not going to leave her fate in your hands, so that you can risk her life in a Blood Auction.” Tessa was definitely scared out of her wits, since she had gone from pleading with Orion to threatening him within minutes. And Orion didn’t seem to know what to make of it. He stared blankly at Tessa for a moment, still scrambling for some form of clarity, his voice shaky. “Vi… Vienna is my daughter… and not Gemini…” That was thw

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Blood Auction

Author's POV:Tessa had been lurking in the shadows, listening intently to every word. She knew better than to step forward too soon, knowing that if she revealed herself in the middle of the conversation, it would only increase the bitterness in Vienna’s, making any chance of negotiation impossible. So she has been hiding herself behind the pillars, making sure that she was hidden from every eye present in the room; while at the same time she was able to hear everything that was going on between the people standing in front of her eyes.Normally, she relished watching Vienna suffer, but this time, the stakes were too high. She couldn’t afford to let Gemini bear the consequences. But then Orion—foolish, impulsive Orion—had gone and destroyed everything. The moment he spat out that Vienna wasn’t his real daughter, he had severed the last thread of control they had. He had stripped himself of any authority over her, giving her the perfect excuse to bring their family’s dirty secrets

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Sisterly Jealousy

Vienna's POV:Once the words left my mouth, Orion’s entire demeanor shifted. I didn't even want to refer to him as my father from now on, and my words had already made it clear to him.His expression hardened, but his tone became suddenly gentle, almost fatherly and affectionate. If didn’t know better, I would’ve thought he was genuinely concerned, but I had been burned by this syrup too many times. “What are you saying, Vienna? How can you drag your sister to the Law Tribunal? The Council has been assembled to deal with matters of actual seriousness and significance between packs, not trivial family matters and… sisterly jealousy.”He scoffed, as if recalling some fond memories between us, which were never there to begin with. "I know you have always been jealous of your little sister, but think properly, look closely…all she has ever done was to think about your well being and has always supported you in your good or bad decisions, she was even ready let go of her first love, jus

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Stay away!!

Author's POV:Vienna's idea about her family was indeed right. This idea was not built on the mere foundation of her assumption, instead it was based on her experience. And the ideas built on experiences rarely tended to be wrong, just like this one… the reality was exactly matching every single detail according to her thoughts.Because right now, Orion was sitting in the comfort of his grand mansion, his fingers tapping impatiently against the armrest of his chair. And if he wasn't forced to pretend that he cared for Vienna, his older daughter who was supposed to return with Asher, the future Alpha of the Pack, he wouldn't even have been here. He would have utilised this free time to sleep in peace, after celebrating his unfilial daughter having vanished into thin air, to never show her face ever again.Beside him, Alpha Blackwood sipped his drink with ease, though his eyes flickered toward the door every few moments. He wasn't ready to miss even a single percent of possibility of

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Going Home

Vienna's POV:The doctor unfastened the blood pressure monitor strap from my arm. As I looked up at him, he assured me calmly. “Everything looks normal. Your heart rate was elevated, but that’s just from the shock. Just relax, there is nothing to be worried about, you should be fine now.” I exhaled slowly, trying to steady myself as I replied with a small smile of my own. I didn't want to leave the doctor’s effort unnoticed while my words had decided that they still needed some time to jump out of my throat, using my mouth. However, even though Kai and Fynn were right by my bedside, neither of them was really paying attention to the doctor. Instead, they were busy arguing amongst themselves, in a hushed tone to maintain the decorum of the hospital. “This is the result of our complacency,” Kai snapped. “That bastard had the guts to walk into a goddamn hospital and kidnap Vienna. If we let this slide, what’s next? They’ll march into our territory and claim it as theirs? We should
