Fynn’s POV:

The chill of the early morning was sharp and moist, the cool air rushing in through the windows while I shuffled into the kitchen, the sleep still not fully gone from my eyes.

I pulled a bowl from the cabinet and filled it with water from the tap, before I walked over to the freezer and grabbed two trays of ice. The coldness was biting against my fingers, the cubes crackled and hissed as I dropped them into the water.

Setting the bowl down on the counter, I reached for some spare towels and cut them up into long strips.

Kai hadn’t been this sick in years.

I don't remember a time when he might have developed such a high fever… save for that one when we were pups, barely old enough to shift. And even then, it hadn’t been this bad.

He was always the protective one, the older twin– as he loved to flex, any chance he got… that cocky bastard. And because of his tendency to be loud and boisterous, it was completely jarring to see him in this state.

Was I too harsh on him yes

Author's POV:Gemini was getting ready with complete excitement, knowing that the only obstacle in her way was going to vanish from her life soon. After the way Asher had been acting after the mating ceremony on Vienna's birthday, the fear of Asher going after that witch to chase her back, had again started to pinch in Gemini's heart. However, she found some peace in the way things had turned out at home, and judging by how her father was reacting, it was becoming certain that Vienna wasn't going anywhere near her two mates. And neither was Gemini in favor of leaving any scope for her to get back to Asher, in any condition. The fire of betrayal in Asher's heart has already been ignited once, and now she just had to keep fueling it so that it wouldn't die anytime soon. If her words didn't do the trick, then she had the perfect idea to distract him today. She pulled out a skin-tight spaghetti strap sundress in sheer, cream colored fabric. The neckline plunged scandalously low, draw

Author's POV:Once their plates were cleaned and the waiter had cleared the table, Asher leaned back in his seat, pulling out his wallet and tossing some cash onto the table. “Get your coat,” he said, standing up. “We’re leaving.”Gemini tilted her head, batting her eyelashes up at him. “What’s our plan for the rest of the day? We've got the whole evening ahead! Maybe a movie, or—” “I’m taking you home.” Asher interrupted, shrugging on his jacket. The smile froze on her face, he couldn't be bored of her already, was he? “Home? So soon?” “Yeah.”He said flatly, already heading toward the exit without bothering to check if she was even following him. “I have got some things I need to drop off there.” Gemini blinked, rushing to catch up to him while her heart plummeted into her stomach. And then it clicked: the gifts she had seen in the back seat of his car! Her mood lifted instantly, and she did a little happy dance in her mind. He was so considerate! He was thinking ahead

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Sickness

Fynn's POV:The sun had almost covered half its journey across the sky, and by now, I had brought over all the paperwork from the pack house, back into our room. The desk here was smaller and difficult to organize, but this way, I could also keep an eye on Kai, who was mumbling but still asleep. I glanced over, thinking he was just tossing in his sleep again. But in a burst of energy, he launched himself from the bed, his movements jerky and uncoordinated. “Kai, what's the matter?” I called, setting my pen down. He didn’t respond to my call, as if he didn't hear it all. Instead, he stumbled over to grab a pair of pants, yanking them on in a hurry. He was halfway through the process of pulling a hoodie over his head, when I shot up from my chair. “Whoa, whoa…” I rushed to him and grabbed his shoulders to steady him. “What do you think you’re doing? Get back in bed, you’re burning up with fever!” Kai’s eyes were wide and hazy, but he had the energy to shake his head stubbo

Fynn's POV:I could feel it in my own bones, since my wolf had already started taking over all my sensible thoughts by now. She was not well… but I couldn't claim the bond, nor could I give Kai the false hope. So it was better for me to remain quiet for now. And that's why, I decided to lie and continue my lie further, gently nudging Kai back towards the edge of the bed until he was sitting down again. “Look, I think you’re just having feverish hallucinations, and nothing else. To put your overactive imagination to rest, let me try calling Vienna, okay? You can hear it from her own mouth.”He nodded reluctantly, and I grabbed my phone, dialing her number. The line rang and rang, but there was no answer. I called her again, but still nothing. On the third attempt, the ringing tune was replaced by an automated message that stated, her phone was switched off. Kai was already getting anxious, and I said quickly;“Wait! Let me try the landline at the Belmont mansion first.” He waite

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Illusion

Fynn's POV:I was standing outside Vienna’s hospital ward, leaning against the wall with my arms crossed, and observing the chaos that had formed around Vienna. Through the small glass window in the door, I could see her… on the bed, pale and unmoving as needles were jabbed into her wrist. That boy, Asher, was here too. Her ex-boyfriend, who had cornered her during the party on her birthday, made her hand bleed and scared her half to death… here he was today, dashing around the hospital hallways like a headless chicken. At the command of the nurses and doctors, he was running some errands to the pharmacy and labs, looking genuinely concerned on the surface. However, I didn't trust him for a second, my hands itching to slam him against the wall and ask him to stay away from Vienna. Then there were the other two: that Gemini girl standing near Tessa, hovering at the corner of the room. Both mother and daughter were ranting and sobbing in turns, fussing loudly for Asher’s attention

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Open Challenge!

Author's POV: At Asher’s brash display of arrogance, the only thing that Fynn did was show a smirk on his face, his hands slipping casually into his pockets. "Oh, is that so? But even if the case is going to be in your favor, we’ll see about that, won’t we? I have already agreed to that part, so do me a favor and please take your crooked face out of my sight?" His voice was laced with mockery, but Asher’s chest puffed up with confidence. He spoke with a hint of offense, yet wanting to portray himself as benevolent and kind. "Absolutely, you will! It’s just a misunderstanding between us. And this is why I am even tolerating you, because even if she is mad at me, she has included you in her plan. So consider this as a leverage of my love for her, that I am not kicking you out! But don't you ever forget that at the end of the day, she loves me, and you can get lost on your own!”"I never knew that you were this overconfident! Anyways, I’m willing to wait and watch you prove that, but

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Black Magic

Author's POV:The future Alpha of the Obsidian pack crashed into the opposite wall with a resounding thud, his body crumpled like a piece of trash. By now, a crowd had gathered outside the ward, drawn by the sound of shouts and shrieks. Patients, doctors, and nurses peeked in through the glass windows and the gap in the door, trying to see who had not only dared to touch the Alpha’s son, but also left him in this state. Gemini felt Asher's humiliation being reflected towards her own self, and as if it was her own family’s reputation at stake, she rushed to Asher’s side. She grabbed his arm and placed it over her shoulder, trying to offer support and lift him up. "Come on, Asher, let's go from here! We already know she is cursed, who knows what kind of devil worship her mate is into? This… what we saw just now, it's not his strength, it’s definitely related to black magic… or maybe something beyond it!" She shuddered at the thought, trying to coax Asher. "Leave him be, it's best

Fynn's POV: Finally, the idiot took the first right decision of his life, and I noticed him walking out of the corridor. And with Asher gone, the crowd began to disperse slowly, and I finally started to feel some relief. That was, of course, until Gemini came charging back in. Her usually ugly face was twisted into an even worse expression, if that was even possible. Thankfully, she steered clear of me and avoided going anywhere near Vienna either, and marched right up to her mother instead. "Mum! Let’s go home! I am so upset… so, so, so upset that I can't even explain, I can't understand how this bitch can ruin my day and my happiness even when she isn't in her senses…! Anyways, just take me home. I don’t want to stay here… I don't want to be anywhere where she is!” She demanded, stomping her foot like a toddler who had been denied a candy bar, and of course it was the entire world's fault. I let out a smirk, getting annoyed with her actions. Sulkingly, she looked at V

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   The Twin Deception

Kai's POV:I looked at Zella with skepticism, wondering if this was why she had come here… to stage a rebellion against Alpha Axel? Or was there something more to her plan? I found a pair of soft eyes staring back at me– her answering gaze was filled with longing, which made me more disgusted with her existence than I could have imagined. But still, I didn't let it show on my face. I kept my mask on, this girl was too dangerous to be trusted. She had been watching Fynn closely for almost three years now, and I couldn’t afford a single slip. My act needed to be perfect if I was to convince her that I was my brother, without any questions. I straightened my spine a little more, deliberately letting some rudeness and coldness slip into my voice. “Zella! There is no point in this nonsense now. I already told Axel that I don't have any interest in taking the throne back, and that's the reason he has dumped me in this dungeon! Since you are his Healer, I can't trust you even if I want

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Alpha's Gambit!

Author's POV:The Oasis Pack's central courtyard watched in silent curiosity as Fynn strode toward Alpha Axel's private chambers. His boots crunched against the gravel path, his posture rigid, his face an unreadable mask. Axel greeted him with a smirk, lounging against the doorway. "Master Fynn!" His voice dripped with false warmth. "Or should I call you Supreme Alpha again?" "Neither," Fynn said flatly. "I have news for you." Axel's grin widened. "Oh? Do share." "Not here." Fynn's gaze flickered toward the servants loitering around nearby. “I need a private audience with you, right now." Axel waved a dismissive hand, signalling for the servants to disperse as he began leading Fynn towards the throne room. The heavy doors shut behind them with a resonant thud, sealing them in the chamber. Fynn didn't waste any time before breaking his silence. "I'm formally declaring that I won't support any further attacks on the Azuremist Pack." Silence. Then Axel burst into lau

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Happy!

Vienna's POV:A gentle breeze was blowing through the half-open curtains, casting a golden glow over the room. The peaceful atmosphere was shattered as soon as Zeke burst into my room like a tiny hurricane, just like it had become his routine for the past week. He used to rush in ten times a day, always asking the same questions with wide, worried eyes. It had been a week since we returned from the Oasis Pack, and although my hand was still wrapped in thin crepe bandages, it was healing well.“Mama!” Zeke’s arms shot up, and his little knee lifted just as Kai had taught him. Before I could blink, he was on the bed, huddling against my side.I shifted slightly as he clung to my side. His eyes were so full of concern that it made my heart squeeze. “Mama, are you feeling pain?”I pulled him closer, pressing a kiss to his forehead. “No, baby. Mama doesn’t feel any pain when her baby is by her side.” He grinned sweetly, and all his worries disappeared with a single answer of mine, l

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   I'll help!

Fynn's POV:The moment Kai walked out of the house, I collapsed to my knees, the dam inside me shattering completely. The cold compress Kai had used sat discarded on the table, melting slowly, a puddle forming. And just like that, the hot tears spilling from my eyes had melted the mask of coldness that I had been wearing, thinking that this was the only way to protect myself…But today, I could see myself for what I really was: a bruised and broken man who couldn't help but hurt those whom he was meant to cherish the most. Vienna…!An image flashed before my eyes, bleeding onto the floor… and bile surged up my throat. I leaned forward, raising my hands to clutch at my head. These hands… these cursed, guilty hands that had pushed her away without a second thought. The same hands that had once held Vienna closed to me, and the ones that had hurt her… and even this pain was too kind for a monster like me. I deserved far worse. Would she have been okay right now, if I hadn’t acted s

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Storm!

Author's POV:Kai’s hand, which had been gently wiping the blood from Fynn’s face, abruptly stopped. The damp cloth was hovering above against Fynn's bruised cheekbone as Kai’s expression shifted. His gaze was definitely softer than before, but it still carried an edge of grievance and anguish… flicking over Fynn’s bruised features before he spoke in a low, controlled tone. "You surely can make everything else right, and I know you want to make up for the time you have lost and the distance you have spent apart. I can understand that, but Fynn..." His grip tightened slightly. “How do you think you will ever make up for hurting her this time? Because I don't think there is anything that you could do to erase this bitter memory from any of our heads and no matter how much you apologise, I don't think I will be generous enough to forgive you for this act of yours, even if Enna will forgive …I don't I would be able to forget this incident easily…in fact I don't think you yourself c

  • Oops! My Twin Mates are my Professors   Monster

Author's POV: The air inside the cottage felt suffocating, heavy with the aftermath of their brutal confrontation. The remnants of their fight lay scattered—broken furniture, splintered wood, and the metallic tang of blood lingering in the air, but the broken fragments of words and the things that were broken by the force of them were nowhere to be found. Fynn was on his knees, the shock of Kai’s words crashing over him like a tidal wave. He knew he couldn't stay standing on his feet after the tsunami that had just hit his world. His mind was a whirlpool of disbelief and desperation. Could this be true? “Is this true? Is it really true what you are saying–”“You really think I would lie about him? He's my son too, you bastard!!?”Kai’s eyes blazed with anger. Without warning, he grabbed him by the collar and shoved him back with a force that sent him sprawling. Come out, or are you only brave enough to hurt my wife?!”For a moment, the only sound was the rush of Kai’s heavy breathing. The air was heavy with the promise of violence. There were enough signs that could justify that promise. The cottage’s shadows flickered, disturbed by the force of his entrance. Then, from the back room, Fynn emerged. His expression was a cold mask, but his eyes blazed with pent-up rage and betrayal. He stepped forward, arms crossed over his chest, and a bitter smi
