Jessica was stunned, rubbed her eyes to make sure she wasn't mistaken. There was indeed a woman with a captivating presence standing at the door.

"Who... who are you?"

The woman took off her sunglasses, casually leaning against the door frame and curving the corner of her mouth. "Oh, guess."

Seeing that no one was greeting her, the woman unceremoniously walked into the house on her high heels.

"Thomas, are you done? Just take the important stuff, and I'll buy you the rest!"

Seeing that she was becoming more and more over the top, I quickly waved my hand and said, "No need. Let's go."

The woman naturally took my suitcase and handed it to the bodyguard waiting at the door. Frowning, she turned back to look at the flustered Jessica and me.

"Oh, by the way, I've already bought this place. You have one day to move out, or I'll have to call security!"

Jessica's eyes widened. "Thomas, when did you sell the house? What’s the rush? And why wasn’t I told about it?"
