With a gnawing headache and unbearable dizziness, my eyes fluttered open to see Asher hovering over me, my vision was dazed at first, it took a few blinking before I was able to get rid of the kist covering my eyes and see properly.

"Elysia," I heard Asher's voice float into my ear then I forced my eyes open to have a proper look at his face.

He looked worried as his eyes darted around my face in fear that something bad might happen to me, beads of sweat were dropping from his forehead and his eyes wide open as he looked into my face.
