What Sort of Game Were We Playing?

I woke up to someone shaking me lightly, I opened my eyes slowly to take in my surroundings. For the first time my tears were enough to put me to sleep and I didn't need any sleep inducing tablets to put at bay my anxiety of flying sometimes. All thanks to Ryan's cold shoulder treatment.

I looked at myself and noticed that no longer was the blanket covering my head. Instead I was well tucked in with a pillow above my head and my seat stretched out to form a bed. That wasn't all, my feet had compression socks on them and my heart leaped in joy that despite Ryan's cold shoulder he still cared. That means I still have an opportunity to make amends. I turned excitedly to tell him thank you when my eyes landed on the socks still where I left it and he was no longer by my side.
