Why Are You So Scared?

Ryan stared at me with amusement in his eyes as I began recollecting bits and pieces of last night. My time at the bar conversing with the Bartender like we were buddies, then the douchebag that tried to get me up to his room like I was a call girl. Even the time I covered my boobs from the bartender. I feel like I acted out of character and Ryan had a front row seat.

What made me feel mortified was my memory was still in snatches, meaning I couldn't remember everything that happened last night. But, what I could remember already made me want to fall inside a hole and never come out.

“I can't even look him in the eyes,” I muttered under my breath as I looked everywhere but his face.

“Everyone has days that they get drunk and act out. Don't feel bad about it. Plus, you might never see the bartender again, then as for me, well let's just say it's me, you have nothing to be embarrassed about.” He said in a bid to offer me some consolation, but ruined it unknowing
