HEART'S POV

"Good morning, good morning, good morning my family!!!" I greeted the people in our cafeteria. I was late, not even got woken up from them. But it's okay, it's nice that your sister is late awake hahaha. I dreamed of Xing Zhao Lin my loves.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah! Good morning to you young lady, my morning is as beautiful as your face baby. Hey, hey, hey! What's zupp you?!!" Nell still rapping!

"Hey, stop that right there. Come on Heart, help me here." Mom calling me.

"Hi mother dear! Hey Yen! Why didn't you wake me up?!" I asked my laughing sister.

"Sister, because mom said so." she replied.

"And why?!" I ask.

"It's because your body is still sore from hitting a creature yesterday." Mom said. Really reminded. Creature?! Is that even a creature?

Well, animals were creature too.

"Nell, treat that first before you help here." Mom said.

"Where is Aleng Julie?" I ask.

"Yes, give him the first aid kit." I said.

"Yes." Merien agreed. Mama nodded.

"Hmm, let's go eat. I heard it's time to eat hehe. I'm hungry too, because I didn't cook for us anymore. Mom said, we'll eat here." Nell said.

"Okay, go ahead and help me prepare them on the table first. Then we can eat." Mom said.

"Yeyyy! Come on." I said more. Everyone acted.

"Mom, I'll go first. Alright Aunt Julie, Nell and Yen...you take care of mom and this cafeteria." I say goodbye to them.

"Alright Heart, be careful." Mom said and I nodded in response. Mom just smiled.

"Are the papers that can be used for their requirements already there?" Aleng Julie asked.

"Yes, it's here. Bye-bye! Will you be careful here too?" I said more.

"Hart, fighting!" Nell.

"Sister, come on!" Merien.

"Yeah, you too. Jiayu!!! Bye-bye! Haha, you guys are terrible. I'll be back... Just later! I'm first." I said and left. It's hard if I don't leave yet, maybe it's afternoon or maybe I can leave tomorrow if we have drama here again.

"Fighting, adja, fighting, jiayu! I can handle it!" I encourage myself. 'Cause I'm not used to being alone, because every time I walk, even in the market, I'm with someone. I can do it alone, I'm just not good at it. But I need to train myself here.

I know that they are always there for me, they always guide me.

I am now at a restaurant but there is no slot. They are no longer hiring. It's still 9 am. I went to another restaurant but it's gone. So much for today! Fight!

"Excuse me. Good morning! Miss, I saw it there by your gate." I said holding out a piece of plywood with a note on it, "wanted: waitress!" The only good thing is that you can be a student, because the duty calls are at night. "Are you still hiring?" I still ask. It looks like a restaurant manager here.

"Oh, I hope you'll excuse her, but she's gone. It's off. The other staffs here have already been hired. You know, they have acquaintances and then they recommended her and they accepted her." She said more.

"Is that so... Isn't there anything else I can apply for? I'm okay with cleaning, or I'm not good at washing dishes and such."

"I'm sorry dear. But, we already have someone assigned there. From what I can see, you're really determined to work but she's gone. Ahmm, but if you want...what else do I know of a restaurant who is also hiring. At the Gracious food resto, their manager is my friend. I can help you with it." She said more.

"Really? All right, thank you very much!" I said happily.

She took her phone then she dialed something.

"Oh, Kell... Are you still hiring?" She answered her phone call. "Ahm, is that so? Is it really gone?" She asked again."Oh? Okay. Thanks! Bye! She put the phone down and she glanced at me with sympathy.

"Ahmm, it's okay. I'll take care of it, there's something else. Thank you!" I said.

"Oh, sorry dear. But yeah! There's something else... Good luck!" She said with a smile.

"Thanks! Bye!" I said and left.

Oh? It's 12:05! The speed!

Exactly! Street food! I bought, and  I ate food sold here on the street.

After I ate I rested for a while.

1:00 pm!

"Fighting self!" I said to myself.

Everywhere I've been. But maybe I'm just unlucky today, why isn't there a slot?! No more hiring! Not accepting students! I am a college student but still a student!

I went to the barber shop, bakeshop, coffee/tea shop, jewelry shop, the mall, and other shops. Traveling?! Oh gosh! It's 4:30pm! I'm thirsty! I don't have any money, I still have some. But it's just for my fare.

I don't want to go home, I don't want to go home when I haven't found a job yet.

"Why am I here? JADESTONE UNIVERSITY is near here?" I said more. Yes! Our school is just one boat away. It's almost here! I hope I can find a job here. Just to be close to the school.

I turned into a hallway. Done?! Magic!

"Wanted Nanny! 18 years old and above!" I read on the tarpaulin hanging on the big wall! Is it a gate? Why so big? What giant lives here?!

I took the tarp and rang the doorbell of their gate.

"Yes?!" The straight woman asked. And who is this? She acted like an owner of this house but she was just wearing an less cloth uniform, a uniform for servants but her is less of clothes.
