Chapter fifty three

Drake hit him harder from behind, as he tried to wipe away the spit which I spat on his face. His grip on me became less so I tried wriggling myself out of his arms but I almost fell badly from the smack Drake gave to him.

"What is the meaning of this?" I asked myself as I landed on the ground and Aiden was on his knees too. Running away from Aiden's reach, I headed to the car and clutched it quickly, opening the car door and running in for safety.

Drake hit him again and took a hastened step toward the car. He looked at Aiden's direction who remained on his knees. It seemed like Aiden was still trying to recover from the hit which Drake accrued to him." What the fuck is wrong with that man?" Drake rhetorically asked, while cursing under his breath.

He opened the door, entered it, and slammed it behind as he hit the pedal. "I honestly don't even know for real. He scares me sometimes!" I mumbled, shaking and breathing heavily while I placed my left hand on my chest.
