Chapter fifty two

"Why are you crying?" Drake asked, taking my palms in his hands as he shut the car door. Tears continued to roll down my eyes, and I sniffled, while Drake drew me closer to him. With concern on his face,

"Tell me what's the problem baby?"

I wiped my eyes with my hands, and he inched closer and took out a handkerchief from his pocket which smelt like lavender, and wiped my eyes. "What's wrong? Talk to me" His voice was calm and soothing.

Stuttering, I responded, "I'm just crying because I feel like crying." I said with seriousness in my tone, Drake's jaw dropped slightly, first, he let out a sigh which transcended to a chuckle, and lastly an outburst of laughter.

"Why are you laughing?" I asked him, pouting my lips. He placed his hands on the steering and locked his eyes with mine, with a soft smile on his face as he licked his lower lips unnoticeably, "Now come here, mama"
