Lexi’s pov

“Where is he? Lexi, hello!?” Nathan asserted, waving his hand in my face.

Frozen from what Nova told me I was blanking out from Nathan's question about our son.

“Kieran is with Reese playing with Mila. He stayed the night there,” I said softly.

Nodding, he smiled and said, “Oh that's right, I forgot I have been so busy lately. I just wanted to introduce him to his siblings.”

Yawning, I glanced over at Nolan holding his son and Darius holding Adalyn.

“I'm going to sleep,’’ I mumbled on deaf ears and laid back.

“Three pups is enough wolf so I can accept the Goddess's decision,’’ I told Nova with a thought.

“The Moon Council is sending another vampire to check on Darius's progress,” she whined and my eyes flew open and turned to see Mister Cartwright's jaw tense.

He reluctantly laid Adalyn down and ran his hand down his face.

Seeing me he said, “I will be in trouble for not complying with my assignment…and will be punished.”
