Mayor Mount walked around the room. He checked all the computers one after the other. It seemed there was nothing he was looking for in particular.
"Good morning, sir" Raymond came out to him from the room. He had been watching him before.
He had come to visit them at their base. He came so early. Raymond was just waking up. Grace was still in bed.
Maybe she was weak or feeling bad about how she couldn't catch Mr. Dallas last night.
"Good morning, sir" Mayor Mount replied politely. That was strange. He didn't use to greet Raymond this way. He might have elevated his position in his mind.
"I know you will be wondering why you see me very early. I was just intrigued by your early development. You have nearly had this devil twice under twenty four hours. Though he got away,I must applaud you" Mayor Mount turned around to face Raymond. He stood at ease joining both his hands behind his waist.
