Chapter Nine
Valerie blinks her eyes open and feels immense pain all over her body. She whimpered when she felt the silver chain around her wrists and she cried out feeling it burning into her skin. She tries pulling against it even though she knew it would burn deeper in her wrist. She stops struggling to look at her surroundings. She remembered that she can link to her mates.
"Lucas? Leam? Can you hear me?"
"Valerie! Where are you?" Lucas said almost immediately.
