CHAPTER 80: A WAY IN THE MUD

“Why are we here again? ” Blaze looked up from the table, not particularly interested in what the lawyer and his brother said.

They were in Axel's office, and he slumped on the chair, his hands on both sides of that armrest, and he occasionally took a sip from the cup of coffee on his table.

He was hijacked by Axel, talking about some emergency meeting he had no idea about. And, of course, he had to attend; Axel told me something about it involving their father's will.

Early in the morning, and he wasn't even spared a moment of rest, even in his damned company. He thought with a sigh.

“With all due respect, sir, ” The lawyer began formally. “Maybe you'll know what this is about if you spent more time trying to find out your father's true intentions and where this family stands, ” He said, adjusting his tie.

“Excuse me since I've got a wedding to plan, and I refuse to be bothered by all that Katie has caused,” Blaze waved his hands with a shrug.
