I lay there, my body still reeling from the intensity of our encounter. Chase's body was still wrapped around mine, his chest heaving with exertion.

I couldn't believe what had just happened. I'd never felt so alive, so consumed by desire. Chase's touch had set me on fire, and I'd never been able to extinguish the flames.
