Kiara’s POV
Marcus' eyes first landed on the woman beside me before he found me. Astonishment poured from his eyes at the sight of me, and then, his eyes slowly traveled down my body to access my state. When he seemed to realize what happened, his jaw tightened. Muscles propped along the side of his face as he grinded his teeth together, evident anger etched on his face. With a murderous glare, he looked at the man in front of me.
Without saying another word, he came to stand in front of me, guarding me from him. Before he could react, Marcus blew a punch on his face. Hands flew to my mouth in surprise as I saw him grabbing his nose in distraught. He was bleeding.
“You will stay the fuck away from her, get that?”
