The minute the quad left my room, Bella came in and took a seat beside my bed. She seemed to be lost in thoughts and I needed no one to tell me the reason why.

“I heard that Bianca was only trying to carry out a test and it was just as she predicted”, Bella started, staring at me intently while I scrunched my brows in a bid to pretend as though I had no idea of what she was talking about.

“A test?” I asked and she nodded her head in affirmation.

“She intentionally pushed you into the pool because she wanted to see if the quad would come save you and just as she thought, they did”, Bella added, with a thoughtful stare that almost made me laugh.

“I don’t think that’s true. I mean, there are always rumors at the pack and one can’t know which is true or false”, I said and waved my hands at her to signify an end to the discussion.
