Chapter 4

Before I turned 18, my dream had always been to be a lawyer.

I studied hard, aiming for the best university in the country, until my mom was diagnosed with cancer in my last year of high school.

Then, while I was walking on the streets one day, a talent scout passed me her name card.

I decided to give everything up and join the entertainment industry, thinking I would be able to make money quicker for my mom's cancer treatment, but my sacrifice did not win her love.

Once she was treated, her distaste for me began to show. She was ashamed of me and hated how detested I was across the internet, and how the internet would pick on her and Penelope too.

When the hashtag #Unfilial_Daughter_Blossom started trending, I gave my response.

In my post was a screenshot of the bank transfers from the past three years, showing that I had transferred 100 grand multiple times for her cancer treatment and an additional 40 grand a month for her living costs after she was treated.
