THIRD PERSON
A few days later Emma decides that she has been invading Amelia’s space for too long even though Amelia wasn’t complaining, now thanks to Odette she doesn’t have the limited hearing that she used to so she could hear the whispered complaints of some of the guards as they did their rounds wanting their freedom to do as they wished back.
Just as Emma is heading to the hangar to move on, she is grabbed and pulled back into one of the window alcoves. Emma doesn’t get a chance to react as her arms are twisted and pinned to her lower back as she is pushed and pinned to the wall. The male vampire behind her pushes his body more firmly into her back, making her feel his excitement as he whispers into her ear,
"I told you that you would regret interfering with my fun. Now I take the blood and pleasure from you that I was going to take from that weak little human female."

EMMA I nod, sit back in the seat and buckle up, ready for the flight. Once up in the air, I say, "Maxine, can I have the plane phone, please?" "Of course. Here." THIRD PERSONOnce in the air, Maxine gives Emma the phone she asks for and then heads back to the galley. As soon as Emma has finished on the phone, she asks for a glass of water telling her that the 2 vampires that just bit her had taken a little too much. Knowing that she is going to need it, Maxine added one of their special drugs to the water.Maxine wasn’t lying when she told Emma that the drug she put into the water was a soft sedative mix to restore blood levels, she however added a little more than they would normally use, to make sure that Emma’s wolf wouldn’t fight the sedative.Knowing that Emma had seen her add the drug and would probably refuse to drink it, she tries one of her gifts. Maxine was surprised at how easy it was to get into Emma’s head and give her the soft command to drink the water. EMMA I don’t do much for the next 2 days and Samuel doesn’t get back to the pack until just before dark on the night of the full moon. I am sitting at the kitchen counter when the back door opens. EMMA The full moon ceremony was everything that it normally was. Only Samuel had a surprise for everyone when he called everyone’s attention just before the moon was at its highest for the night. EMMA Only this time, as I swallow that down, my stomach seems to roll and I feel a little sick.
