I rise early that evening and as I feed Adonis; I ring my brother.

I laugh, as I say, “No, everything is fine. I just met a Vampire Queen that Master Jeremiah and his mother made an alliance with…”
I don’t miss his growl at the fact that I still call Jeremiah Master, but I can’t help it. He was and always will be my Master.

EMMA I was expecting it to take longer, but it didn’t take Finn and Ali to organise and set up for the changing and crowning ceremony. They set up a stage in the middle of town and called a full kingdom gathering for the next evening so that Queen Amelia could be on the plane home just before dawn. I wake up the next evening and take care of Adonis’s needs and then get ready for the gathering. As I am standing off to the side of the stage, I am not sure if I can do this, yes they all like me and have all benefited from what I have done but that does not mean that they will agree with me being crowned their Queen and then accept Adonis on top. THIRD PERSON Emma snaps out of her memory when she hears Benjamin hiss and sees him step closer to her so that he is now only an inch away from her and slightly in front of her. She looks up at the males approaching and takes a deep breath before standing up straight, then slightly stepping around Benjamin and stepping forward, much to Benjamin’s annoyance. With Benjamin just behind her, she stops and waits for Elder Elio and his son Colter to stop in front of her. Elder Elio smirks as he says, “Now that was even easier than I thought it would be… See Emma, you are weak just like you have made this kingdom weak, just as I thought you would…” Emma is puzzled at how it was so easy for him to enter the kingdom, but doesn’t let it show as she smirks at him, making his falter just a little. THIRD PERSONAfter Samuel mentions Norman, Benjamin allows Samuel to talk to Finn as he has to rein in his temper not only from what he was told about what Norman did, but her personal guard at the time was helping him.It had taken him a while to earn both Prince Jeremiah's and especially Emma’s trust to be allowed so close to her. Benjamin’s eyes then land on Emma’s sleeping form laying against Samuel. He then remembers the two days she had spent with him and his partner, Matt.Benjamin’s heart and chest then pull tight and he has to take a moment to remember to breathe. EMMA I look around for our bags, but I don’t see them anywhere. I look over at Samuel and again he smiles.“Already at the packhouse…”“Arr… I hate it when you do that. Stop reading my mind…”Samuel puts his hand on his heart and fakes being hurt as he says,“Sis, you wound me… I would never. Marcus puts me back on my feet and says,“Your little one?”“Yes, Adonis. Did you want to come to meet him?”“Sure.”I pick up the monitor and we walk back to the packhouse and back to my room. I make sure that after we enter that the door is shut tight before moving to the bedroom and picking up Adonis. I place my finger into his mouth, and he sinks one of his small fangs into it and starts drinking.I then return to where Marcus is standing and waiting.
