EMMA I fight my way through the fog in my head as pain pulses into my wrist. The more I remove the fog, the more intense the pain gets. I feel Odette fighting the pain for me and know that what I am feeling is only a portion of the true intensity of it.I slowly open my eyes and turn my head first one way and then the other. I don’t completely recognise the room, but it does look a little familiar. THIRD PERSON Benjamin went and found Finn and Joesph and a few of the warriors that they knew were loyal to Jeremiah and their way into the old King’s chambers via the servant halls, knowing that they won't be monitored like the normal halls are. Benjamin follows his connection to Emma. It gets stronger the closer he gets to where she is being held.As they entered the old King's bedroom Benjamin realised that the connection to Emma was getting weaker again, they looked around the room, Finn walks into the bathroom and picks up Emma’s nightdress from where she had dropped it on the bathroom floor but she was not in the room anymore. THIRD PERSONBenjamin actually found it a lot easier to fight the large male vampire that was standing between him and Emma than he thought it would be. After making another easy hit he came to the conclusion that he must have been a lead warrior or higher at some stage, but he had little actual fight training and had obviously relied on his size and strength to always be the one to come out on top.He still gave Benjamin a good fight, and he didn’t give up, making Benjamin end his life by ripping out his throat with his claws. THIRD PERSON Queen Isabelle walks over to speak to her head warrior, after a few moments her head warrior bows his head and leaves the celebration hall and Queen Isabelle walks back over to stand in front of her prisoners once more. She then walks to the back of the final row and approaches the prisoner there and asks,“Join or die?”When he doesn’t answer, Queen Isabelle extends her claws and reaches around, quickly ripping his throat out. He collapses to the floor and once he has no blood left; he shrives up and turns to dust. She moves on to the next one and asks the same question.“Join…” was his reply.She allowed him to stand with the warrior that was watching over him and moved on to the next. JEREMIAHThe spar with Samuel was very eye-opening. For someone so young, he does know how to fight and adding his wolf to when he fights, he will be one hard male to beat. However, since I didn’t use my vampire side, I still have plenty of energy. I noticed that the two warriors had joined us and were watching the spar.Once Samuel had left, I called them over.“Arlo and Atlas. THIRD PERSON Benjamin carries Emma to the guest room two doors down from where the Queen had asked him to put her, not trusting her to be in a good mood once she has finished with Prince Jairo and his entourage.Once he enters the guest room and closes the door behind him, he makes his way through to the bedroom. He looks down at the female in his arms and notices that she is still very pale and her heart rate hasn’t improved, so he sits on the side of the bed with Emma in his lap.He once again bites into his wrist and moves her slightly so that he can place his wrist over her mouth. He knows that Prince Jeremiah used to give her some of his blood and he would do it for two reasons.
