Chapter Eight.

Archer was busy this whole week and I’ve barely seen him. I’ve also been doing research on price schools and they all have outstanding programs. Since Archer is going to pay for it I’ll let him choose the campus. As long as I get to attend a school it doesn’t matter which campus I go to.

Wade and Jenny are coming over soon for some lunch by the pool and cooling off in clear blue water. Wade wants to get to know Archer better honestly so would I but he is always working and it’s hard to know someone if they are never here.

The way my mother always talked about Archer scared me. I wanted to run away but he explained to me I was never going to be a pet and he had no plans to buy anyone that day but something made him change his mind and he brought me. I no longer have the desire to run away from him. He wants me to get an education and chase my dreams- whatever that might be.
