Chapter 6

She asked in a low voice, "Umm I wanted to know your name. What is your name?" He smiled at her question and replied, "Ethan Singh.”

‘Ethan’, what a name? It means strong and safe. The same feeling Emily gets whenever she is near him, she feels safe and strong.

A small smile appeared on Emily’s face, seeing him smiling and replying to her questions.

“Did you saved me when I fell from the building?”, Emily asked in a low voice which was hard to hear but Ethan heard it. He nodded his head.

“Yes! It’s me”, said Ethan with a normal face. He still remembers that day when he saw her lying in his arms, lifeless. This was the second time he saw her in his arms, lifeless.

“Thank you, for saving me,” Emily said with a small smile on her face. She again asked, “Do we know each other, or did we meet somewhere? I don’t know why but I feel like I know you.”, she stopped, lower her head, and said in a low voice, “I don’t know but your perfume smells familiar to me.”

“Like I know the smell from somewhere but I can’t remember and whenever I’m near you, I feel safe and strong. But then I’m nervous whenever you see me and…”, rest she murmured which even I couldn’t hear it too. :-P

Ethan wanted to laugh at her childish behavior. He went out of the room without replying to Emily.

What is fate having for them? Is fate playing with them? Ethan wants to hold her in his arms but she doesn’t recognize him.

Ethan exactly knows why he is familiar with Emily and why she feels like he is familiar to her does but she doesn’t remember.

Ethan is happy to know that ‘At least she feels like I’m familiar to her. This means, she remembers me, my scent, but she hasn’t seen my good face. It would be fun to have her around and to see her confused look for me, whenever she will be near me.’

Ethan went outside of his villa and said in a low voice with a smile on his face, “Emily you will soon get to know MY LOVE FOR YOU.”

God, can't he just say her the truth and get her love. Nope, our Ethan has other plans to make her his. He has to have fun with her and make her fall for him again.

Emily went back to her room and started to think of Ethan and his words. Emily was thinking about his looks, 'God he is handsome, I can't keep my eyes to myself. He might have thought that I'm a freak who was staring at him.'

'But I can't help myself. He is fucking handsome. He is tall. He has a sharp jawline like a knife. He had a sharp sculpted face that is blessed with the most mesmerizing blue eyes which I've ever seen in my life. Anyone can get lost in those oceanic mesmerizing eyes. His hair color is black which is perfect on his perfect face. He had an aristocratic nose with high cheekbones, and lips so perfect you could spend hours kissing them.

And even though I couldn't see it, I bet he had a nice built body, complete with a six-pack and strong biceps. I could feel his six-packs and biceps when he carried me in his arms, his arms are so warm and strong. He is perfect. And he is also the type of man I did my best to stay away from. Guys like him were a girl's dream, yet they were also the reason why those girls ended up in tears.'

'Yet he is so handsome that I want to spend my life with him but I'm scared if I fell in love with him and he doesn't love me back or maybe someone might come between us then how will I handle my second heartbreak. After Abhay, I don't want to break my heart again but he is worth trying, I guess so. God, what am I thinking? Have I gone mad, I'm thinking about my life with Ethan. It's so confusing I need to ask someone for help but with whom should I ask?'

She suddenly remembers someone and his words too. She said in low voice, "Yes! I can ask Liam. I'm sure he'll help me and solve my problem and I might know about Ethan." She ran out of the room in a search for Liam.

When she was coming down from the stairs she saw Liam. She asked in a low voice, "Liam can I talk to you for few minutes."

Liam who was smiling said, "Sure ma'am, let's have a chit-chat."
