Chapter 36 The Principal’s Apology

Lin Wan drove to Dongyang Software Park and contacted her husband outside the park.

Ten minutes later, Li Mu walked out of the park gaily. Upon seeing Lin Wan's car, he immediately trotted over, opened the car door and got in.

“Why are you here? You don’t have classes today?”

“There won’t be any classes in the future!” Lin Wan replied while pouting.

“What’s wrong? Are you on a vacation? The time is not right. It’s still too early to the summer vacation!”

“I was fired!” Lin Wan said aggrievedly

Li Mu subconsciously gasped in surprise, and then let out a grin.

“What good news! Congratulations on becoming a full-time housewife!"

Lin Wan gave her husband a punch and grumbled coquettishly, “What kind of reaction is that? Can’t you comfort me and make me feel a little better?”

“Oh, my darling has suffered. Come on, let me give you a kiss!”

Li Mu pursed his lips and leaned over. Lin Wan gave him a kiss on his lips and coquettishly begged him with a grin, "Can you not go back to work and accompany me?”

“No problem!” Lin Mu readily agreed, “I’ll accompany you today. Where do you want to go, honey?”

“Mr. Yan has rejected the decision to dismiss you, so you can come back and continue to teach at the school. How do you feel? Are you elated?” Ms. Tian said excitedly.

Mr. Yan was the principal of the school. He was a gentle, elegant and humble man. It was rare for him to intervene in school affairs.

This could be easily understood. Mr. Yan would retire in two years. The purpose of transferring from the top office to the school was to spend the rest of his career in this place peacefully.

The news of Lin Wan's dismissal had alarmed this tranquil principal. This had somewhat surprised the party involved.

However, this news didn't thrill her. She already promised her husband that she would concentrate on being a full-time housewife in the future. How could she go back on her word so soon?

“Okay, I got it. Thank you, Ms. Tian!”

“You don’t need to thank me. I didn’t help you much at all. If you want to thank, you can thank Mr. Yan in person tomorrow. How is it? Will you come back to work tomorrow?”

“No, I’m not going back!” Lin Wan replied lightly, “I’ve already promised my husband that I’ll be a full-time housewife at home. I don’t plan to go back to school anymore.”

“Don’t be like this. The vice principal has already humbled himself in front of you. Don’t hold a grudge against him anymore. Come back, okay?”

Ms. Tian sincerely persuaded her. She believed that Lin Wan was just saying these things in a fit of anger. She was still mad at Mr. Wu.

However, Lin Wan's tone didn't change at all. She still said in a calm tone, "I didn't say these things in a fit of anger. From the beginning, this job is not indispensable for me. It's not a bad thing to take this opportunity to return to my family. Therefore, I will not go back.”

After Ms. Tian left the office, Mr. Yan said to Wu Heping, “Mr. Wu, why don’t you give Lin Wan a call? Please explain to her nicely and ask her to come back.”

Wu Heping spread his hands to the sides and said frustratedly, "Mr. Yan, I have called her, but she refused to answer my calls. She even blocked my number. I can't reach her at all now."

“You can call her on another phone. As long as you are sincere, I believe she will listen to you.”

Mr. Yan’s words made Wu Heping a little unhappy.
