Chapter 28: Confession

The sun was up outside but here I am, still lying in the bed. I feel like I am dreaming. I never imagined this moment would happen—to watch my boss in his deep sleep.

Far from his usual form, I am seeing him right now. His forehead was not furrowed. And his face was gentle as if he were sleeping like an angel.

I smiled sweetly when he moved slightly. His long hair was tangled so a few strands of it fell into her eyes. I raised my right hand then moved it aside gently and returned it to its original position.
