We got to Father's house on time, and just as I thought, Father wasn't too pleased about my idea of Henry in Jasmine's life. He was angry and refused to let me explain myself, but thank God for my mother, who said some words to him and made him see things through; I was able to explain myself.

Father couldn't wait to meet his granddaughter. They were all excited to see her for the first time, and I could not wait to introduce them to her and them to her, a real family. The Baldwins cannot be classified as Jasmine's family; they do not treat my child right, called her a bastard child who didn’t belong to their family or even brother, or son, so they have absolutely no right to claim her as their family.

So I was more than happy to let her meet my family, I was going to get Jasmine from Henry’s house tomorrow since I decided to let her spend the night with him.
