Elena’s POV

So we got home, and I was feeling refreshed and happy after our day out. Daniel and I had fun trying on the clothes we bought, and I was enjoying the distraction from the drama with Alex.

But then, Martins called Daniel, and his expression turned serious. "What's up?" Daniel asked, listening intently.

"I need more information about Alex before I can proceed," Martins said. "I've hit a dead end."

Daniel nodded, thinking. "Okay, let me see what I can do."

I spoke up, a plan forming in my mind. "I think I know someone who might be able to help us. Kalyan, one of Alex's girlfriends. If we can track her down, I'm sure she'll spill the beans."

Daniel raised an eyebrow. "You think so?"

I nodded confidently. "Leave it to me. I'll handle it."

Daniel smiled, impressed. "Alright, you're on. But be careful, okay?"

I grinned, feeling a sense of determination. "Don't worry, I can handle myself."

"Okay, I'll leave it to you," Daniel said, handing me his phone. "Martins will help you trac
