“Mom, I’m telling you that it’s the best move for you to make with the store! You already have three stores total here in the United States; if Europe wants you, then do it! Another few more years and you can sell the chain and retire as a happy woman.”

“But I always planned on leaving you the store, Jace.” My mother whines.

I love my mother but when it comes to her store and what she wants to do with it, it gives me a headache. She wanted to grow, and we have grown. My mother is making bank on her three stores as it is and now that a company in Europe wants her to come over there, she’s whining about it. She’s always saying how she wants to leave me the stores. Granted, in the past it may have been what I wanted, but things change. We now have Club Shameless, and we are in the makings of opening another club/training center in Bridgeport, and possibly across the Long Island Sound on Long Island, but that one won’t be for a while yet.
