Chapter 117 –  I'm Yours Forever

(Lexi’s POV)

No matter how early Lexa and I woke up to help in the kitchen, Elenita was already there, giving orders to the maids and preparing breakfast as if there was a feast. Glancing at the clock on the wall, I was sure it was only five in the morning, but they were moving around quickly like they were in a restaurant.

“Good morning!” Angela greeted cheerily as she opened the refrigerator. “My children are asking for eggs... lots of eggs!"

“What’s his request this time?” Elenita asked, taking aprons and giving them to us.

Lexa took the aprons from her and gave one to me, but when our eyes met, like me, she was unsure what to do in a large kitchen crowded with four women and three maids assisting Elenita.

“Nothing in particular, but my loving husband requested a cup of coffee,” Angela took a cup and poured coffee into it. When it was ready, one maidservant took the cup and placed it on a tray. “Thank you. He’s in the study room.”

“Tell Sky there’s such a thing as sleep,” she sne
