Queenie’s eyes sparkled the moment she heard the amount Frederick mentioned. She bent down to pick up the card, but stopped halfway.

She still had lingering fears about the mission Frederick had just given her.

Frederick’s face remained impassive. “Do as I say, and I’ll take care of everything. Phoenix will provide you with protection. Once the job is done, another hundred million will be added to that card.”
