Allison’s POV

“So what did you get Tasha?” I asked Leo as he revved the car's engine. “I'm curious.”

Today was Tasha's surprise baby shower, and we were currently on our way to the venue, which happened to be Tasha and David's house.

David was also in on the plan and had been quite elated when I told him about it. He had offered to divert Tasha's mind from the whole thing by taking her out on a date that day, so we could put things in place before their arrival.

Although, I had initially wanted to do in a bigger way, I knew how much of an introverted agoraphobe my best friend was, so I settled on doing something more intimate.
