Mateo’s POV

I knew why the old men didn’t like her. She was not the occasional snub I saw around the pack who were preparing themselves to be Luna's. This one was different.

She smiled more and she had a wonderful personality. Maybe it had to do with her upbringing. I didn’t know her history but she seemed like a very nice person. I was sure her family was as good as she was.

Zach’s fiancée was a total disaster. All she wanted was to live in the latest moment and not care about how her workers were treated.

She was terrible to those around her. I had seen how she treated others. That was not how to treat anybody. She was supposed to be a human being and not a terrible jerk, but that was not how she treated others.

I didn’t like Fiona one bit. I had interacted with her a couple of times but she had eyes only for Zach.

At the time I had wanted to complain to him about her character, I had held myself due to how he was having sex with her on a regular basis.
