Saving a damsel in distress

Taylor has been feeling somewhat ever since he met up with Asher. He had called and messaged his people and they’ve given him confirmation that Anamika was fine. A video of her was even sent, still, he can’t be rest assured.

Asher and Quinn are still at the hotel and they’ve not stepped out of it. He checked the cameras he placed in their rooms and both of them were sleeping.

Taylor ruled out the possibility that he might be paranoid, because he has no iota of trust for Asher. Asher gives him a vibe he cannot explain in words… a mysterious air hangs around him that if one were to tell Taylor that Asher was Lord Ash, he’d without a doubt, believe it.

Feeling frustrated by his restlessness and feeling of dread, he messaged his people that were with Anamika again and he got a reply.

Just as he was about to sigh with relief, his gaze shifted to the time of the reply. The message was delayed by one minute!
