Her Thoughts Filled My Head

Jason's POV

I angrily stared at Rachel who was fuming. What was wrong with her and why would she talk to me like that?

“And what's that supposed to mean, Rachel?” I asked her with a raised eyebrow.

"Violet is my legal wife, are you questioning my actions in my home?” I asked her angrily as her demeanor started to soften.

“I didn't mean it that way…” Rachel started stuttering.

“I meant why didn't you come up to rest,” she said, changing the narratives.
