Chapter 1006

Isaiah put the vegetables into the pan, and there was a sizzle as the oil splattered around. Unfortunately, a tiny drop of oil splashed onto Isaiah's hand, causing a sudden pang of pain. He instinctively loosened his grip on the bowl, and the bowl ended up falling into the pan with a loud clang.

Lydia hurried over and turned off the stove, showing concern. "Are you okay? Did you burn yourself?"
