Chapter 7

"Honey, why would I have to go to the business seminar in New York? Can't you just ask anyone else to do that? It was a whole week for gods sake, we only have atleast a month preparation for our wedding and we haven't finished preparing yet." Chloe asked in a disappointed tone.

It was too early in the morning yet Chloe came to disagree about his decision for sending her abroad for the business seminar.

"since you are marrying me you should atleast know how to run the business." He replied in the same cold voice as usual without looking at her, his eyes were fixed in the monitor of his computer.

He was totally busy reading the informations sent by Paul in email about Summer and Mr. Ace Welling's connection to each other.

He was so curious and eager to know more about Summer and all the information about her is important to him even the tiniest one.

"Besides I don't need an imbecile partner in life. I need someone I can rely on when time comes." He added sarcastically in his cold voice un-aware about her feelings.

She was hurt by his honest response, she already knew that he wouldn't pampered her once they get married, like what he does with Summer when he married her. She felt a bit offended, but she didn't take it to the heart, she shook it off her mind like what she usually does.

She was already used to his hurtful words a long time ago, she knew she was crazy for tolerating him to act like that towards her, but what can she do? A spoiled brat like her was no match with him, she was really madly inlove with him, she was blinded by love and she would definitely die without him.

She took her eyes off of him and gently sat on the soft black couch on his office, she knew they were not getting married by love but by business reasons but she loved him whole heartedly for so long.

And she grabs tightly on the opportunity to marry him even if he doesn't love her the way he used to loved Summer and she was even willing to sacrifice their family business just to have him.

She already gave everything she got and she would still be willing to do more if that's necessary.

He belongs to her and to her alone. She barge in the office complaining about his decision for sending her away while they should have focused on their nearly wedding ceremony. She don't know why he seems so annoyed and agitated this early in the morning.

James was a bit different from usual and from the way he looks she knows something is wrong with him, but she shook away the thought.

She walks towards him, she wanted to change his mind. Seeing her walking towards him, he quickly shifted the emails to different documents to avoid her from seeing what he was reading a while ago.

Chloe shouldn't have to know about Summer's sudden appearance.

"What's wrong? Why are you so annoyed?" She asked in a sweet voice then sat on his lap and put her arms around his neck. She usually does that whenever they're having heated conversation or misunderstanding.

It was her way of showing her love to him. He closed his eyes and pinch the bridge of his nose.

"It's about work." He replied in his usual cold voice. She gently pressed some kisses on the side of his neck, making him groan from tickles.

"please don't pressure yourself too much, honey." She sweetly said, taking off his tie and unbottoning his polo shirt slowly. She knows how lift his mood.

She played her hand around his chiseled chest seductively after unbottoning his clothes, and put kisses around it. She suddenly stood up to unbuckle his pants. He just let her do it until his proud and sexy body was bare naked.

His mind was occupied by Summer, and just by thinking of her makes him feel a sudden heat rose within him and he needs some release.

He stood up and carries her to the huge couch in the middle of his office, she was astonished by his sudden movement and felt excited seeing him being aroused immediately and he carresses her body hungrily and wildly.

She never seen him this hot and wild before, it's the first time she saw him so turned on and she loves the way he does it.

It was really different from their usual love making where she's the one who do all the things to pleased him and he just laid there, but now he took the initiative to pleasure her.

He closed his eyes while thrusting her deep and hard, in his mind he was doing it with Summer not with her, the image of Summer in his mind makes him hot and wild, her beautiful face looking at him with love and passion, he doesn't want to open his eyes until he reach his climax, he doesn't want to lose her image.

Her moan was so loud, she was really enjoying what he was doing with her right now. He looks so handsome with his eyes closed on top of her as if he was concentrating. He just opened his eyes when their done.

He felt disgusted after seeing her face but he avoid showing it. He went to his own bathroom inside his office after that and took a quick shower as if he felt dirty all of a sudden.

When he walks out after changing new clothes he saw Chloe still sitting on the couch patiently waiting for him. She looks so satisfied.

"Aren't you leaving? I have a meeting later." He coldly said, after returning to his desk.

"Honey, Do I still have to go there?" She replied talking about the business seminar in New York.

"I told you, you need to learn about the business." He insisted.

"Okay, if that's what you want, I won't argue with you anymore." She replied and walks towards him, and kissed him on his cheeks, she wasn't allowed to kiss him on his lips, he never kissed her on the lips either and as time passes by she gets used to it. He will have to kiss her once they've married so why bother. She thought.

"I'll be leaving tomorrow night, so let's have lunch tomorrow, before I leave." She said sweetly before she went out of his office with a plastered smile on her beautiful face.

"Alright." He agreed. He continued reading what he had left earlier after Chloe left him. You chose to left me, to be just an ordinary assistant. What were you thinking? He couldn't understand what's on her mind.

"Let's drop by at Hilford Hotel, I'll treat you both to dinner." Ace suddenly said while they're on their way back to the villa. They both smiled and agreed.

"What's with him?" Jake asked her in a deaf tone. She shrugged her shoulder.

"I don't know." She replied in deaf tone, having no idea why their boss was in a good mood all day. Funny they could understand each other.

What ever it is, it's still a good thing for both of them.

"Oh by the way Summer, could you please come to my room again later?" He suddenly asked her without looking at her, sitting in the back of the car, his focus was on his mobile phone.
