"Sis, it has been such a long time since we saw each other. When you first left, I tried calling to apologize that it was not your fault that I lost my baby but I could not get a hold of you.

It was my fault back then for being careless, I am sorry that no one believed you." Layla said. Her eyes were filled with a sincere light and anyone who saw her would think that she has really suffered over the years and she really meant what she said.

Tears had started to gather in her eyes and she looked fragile.

But Amelia did not have any reaction. She did not even spare a glance as she continued to walk over to the elevator.

She was about to step into the elevator when her hand was held from behind.

"Sis, can you forgive me? I never imagined that things would turn out like this. I did not imagine that my falling in love with Oliver would hurt you so much, I have been living in guilty all these years and I haven't had a day of peace. You can even ask Oliver." Layla
