7- Berry

Theresa placed the basket on the floor and went on her knees to look under the bed. Fortunately, the creature was still where she had left it. She could not exactly see its features because the room was dark neither could she hear it because the wind howled crazily outside, some of it slipping through the cracks in the wooden window into the small room to seldom flicker the flame of the candle which she had put on a moment ago after peeling off her wet clothes and donning a new dry one.

She could however tell that the creature was still there due to his fluctuating dull light coming from its berry-like head which was almost twice the size of its body. The dimming light indicated the state of the creature that it was sick and she was willing to help it out.

She stretched her hand under the bed and pulled out the fur she had wrapped it in. On her knees, the creature only reached her stomach which meant that she would be like a giant compared to its incredibly small size. Its eyes opened
