“Gifts!” Jessica's eyes narrowed in perplexity at Liam's grandmother before settling on the collection of presents lying on the ground next to the couch and wrapped in shimmering paper. They had not caught her attention due to her brain being occupied by the thought of Liam's grandmother's visit and the reason behind it. Besides, she had no energy to bicker with Liam's Grandmother, as a result, Jessica analyzed the situation.

Cornell cocked his head up to get a better look at the gifts that had been provided for him, and he was utterly perplexed as to why gifts were being given to him.

“Why did you bring this gift for me? It is not my birthday or any other event where I need gifts," Cornell questioned Liam's grandma while researching the likelihood of such grandeur. He was completely ignorant of the personalities of such, though, who might be rude one moment and then show affability the next.
