“I fail to grasp it. Is having a birthmark problematic in any way?" Jessica looked puzzled, her gaze locked on the expression of Liam's grandmother. Considering their proximity, she overheard Liam's grandmother whisper, and she sounded both anxious and surprised. It installed an alarm in Jessica's heart, which began drumming in her ribcage.

Arnoldo had just arrived with juices and cakes for Cornell and Jessica when he noticed his madam's worried countenance. He quickly rushed out to his madam and said, "What is the issue?"
