On Cornell's first day of school, Liam and Jessica were with him as the car came to a halt before the main gate. Cornell was content, but he maintained a neutral expression, just like Liam, who scowled at the sight of the crowds blocking the school's entrance.

"I will not be surprised if the parents go inside to attend classes with their children."

Liam stated as he got out of the car before pulling open the back door of the car for Cornell, who was having trouble to contain a beaming grin from bursting out observing Liam was careful towards him, analogous to his mother, something that he liked.

Jessica, on the other hand, was debating whether to get out of the car or stay in. Liam was a careless and hot-blooded man who believed that everything he did would be acceptable to everyone; however, this was not the case. People would pass judgement and gossip on the weak.

“Is there anyone you need to protect yourself from?" Liam bent his neck and said to Jessica through the window,
