Chapter 12: Nothing Serious

After his departure, I started exploring the place. That extraordinary penthouse’s floor was approximately 8,255 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as well as a separate library, a billiard room & a terrace that provides a breathtaking view of skyscrapers & the metropolitan city down there from this height. The expansive penthouse evoked an ambience of luxury with breathtakingly sensational views from the soaring tower that took in the entire city below. From the Hudson to the East River, from the Bronx to Brooklyn, from Central Park to the Atlantic Ocean, the penthouse offered unique panoramic New York City views at a height which I hadn’t seen before. I was sure that this penthouse was supposedly on the 80th floor as this floor was accessed by a private elevator.
