Chapter 3:The meeting

Alpha Ray got to the garage and entered on of the cars to go visit the empty land so as to check each plot out.

"Sir, I will ride you!" a guard ran to him.

"Get lost!" he interrupted and got into the front driver seat and drove away speedily.

While he drove by, werewolves who saw that he was the one bowed until he walked past.

While he drove, he looked through the land as he admired the structures.

Edna had already gotten to the farm by then.

The Duke farm was a very large farm. In fact, it was the second largest after the palace.

Looking at it, she saw that some weeds were already coming up.

If she left it, it might spoil their plants.

Bending down, she started uprooting the weeds.

The soil was black by nature, as she weeded, she had no idea that there was a sharp metal deep in the soil. Dipping her hand in there, she felt a sharp pain.

Immediately, she stood up only to see blood gushing out of her fingers serious.

Picking up a piece of clothing from the basket she had went with, she tied her fingers and got back to work. She couldn't stop because she had more things to attend to that day.

Edna was sweating profusely as she was farming. Soon, she heard some sounds.

She didn't think it was important to turn since she wasn't the only ones passing through that route.

But then, the sounds became clearer, like someone was coming towards her.

Dropping what she was holding, she turned and out of fear, she screamed.

Edna stood up immediately and started running. Her eyes widened, she couldn't believe what she was seeing as she ran for her life.

Three men was chasing after her like their lives depended on it.

What their intentions were, she couldn't tell. She just had to run because what ever their intentions were, it was clearly not good.

As she ran, she kept looking back to check if they were still chasing her. Screaming, she bumped into a car that was moving speedily.

Unable to withstand the shock, she fainted.

Alpha Ray froze.

He had just hit someone. Coming down immediately, she ran towards the person.

When he saw that it was a woman, his face changed. He still needed to help though even if he does not like women.

When he turned her, her face was covered with dust.

"She must be one of the elite's daughter." he said to himself as he tried to drag her up.

Then he heard heavy steps coming closer.

When he looked up, he saw three men.

He then remembered seeing Edna running and looking back lime someone was chasing her.

This would have been the men chasing her. What the hell did they want?

Pissed, he stood up and looked at them.

When the three men saw alpha Ray, they almost coughed out blood.

Moving back little by little, they tried to run.

But would Alpha Ray allow it?

Without thinking, he chased after them like he was a Tiger.

The three men ran for their lives. They knew him, he was the Alpha Ray, the first son of Alpha King Tyga.

Like it was a simple task, Alpha Ray got hold of them. He held three of them at once, hitting them like they were nothing to him.

When he released them to go, they were already spitting out blood.

He then ran back to the front of his car and lifted Edna up, carried her to his car and dropped her at the back seat. When he looked at her face, something flashed in his eyes.

He thought he saw something but without thinking too much if it, he entered the driver's seat and continued his journey. For some reasons, he didn't feel like letting go.

When he got to the Palace's hectares of land, he stopped his car and came down to bring Edna out. There, he was sure no one would see him.

Placing her on the cleanly cut soil, he carried her and ran to a little lake that was close to where they were. There, he took water and cleaned her face.

Noting a few cut on her hand, he untied it and tried to cleaned it up but became stuck in the position when her blood touched his hand.

He froze.

His body movements changed like he was transforming to something else.

Edna slowly opened her eyes. When she moved, he looked at her. She was about to wake up.

Edna opened her eyes only for her blurry gaze to be met with Alpha Ray's eyes.

She froze.

Looking into his eyes, she felt a strong connection. Her heart wandered. Her gaze could not shift to the next thing. She just kept looking at him.

It was like they were looking for something from the other person.

Their bodies shook as they felt both pains and excitement.

They felt like their inner organs was about to fall out.

Lifting her hands, Edna held her chest as a tear dropped off her eye. She could not understand what was going on with her either. It was completely out of her power.

Alpha Ray found himself holding his chest as well like he was being controlled.

His whole body felt a kind of pain he had never thought he could feel his whole life.

Using his other hand to brush her long dark hair, he felt the urge to kiss her.

Looking at him, she felt the same way as her lips opened and closed slightly with her eyes pleading to have his lips.

Without resisting, he placed his lips on her soft pink lips and their lips locked.

Alpha Ray felt a tingling sensation as he kissed her. Their palms became sweaty.

Like feeling it deeply, their palms locked. Their heart beats went on a fast pace while the kiss became intense. They felt lost and out of the world.

Alpha Ray could not understand why he was not in control of his body anymore but instead his inner wolf was taking charge of everything. Something that has never happened before to him. Alpha Ray tries to push himself away from Edna but it wasn't possible, what could possibly be his connection with this woman.
