Carter walked inside his quarters holding a food tray for Riley. He sensed that she is awake and the turmoil inside her head made it clear that she is thinking about the mating mark. Sophie wanted to bring food for Riley, but he insisted that he would take it. He has to talk to Riley about his feelings before she could misunderstand and think that he is forced to mark her.
