Hazel’s POV

I woke up early the next day in Logan’s arms. His warm breath was on my skin and I was wrapped in his embrace.

I looked at the bedside clock. It was almost 7am. I lay there in the bed thinking about what we were going to do today. We were one step closer to bringing all this madness to an end. I thought about Lorena. For some reason, I had a bad feeling about letting her tag along. I couldn’t explain it but the feeling just kept eating at my mind. I tried to throw the worry off but it persisted, eating at my conscience.
