Part two: Chapter 14

GAZELLE’S POV

Wolverine was unusually booming. Everyone was excited except me.

They were busy picking out outfits and the blogs were filled with talks about the annual masquerade ball.

I barely knew anything about it. It was barely a year since I became a part of this crazy place, so this was going to be my first Wolverine masquerade party. I had a terrible feeling that I wouldn’t enjoy it.

Meanwhile, I took Jenna up on her offer. I was tired of being alone with only the library as my place of comfort. We’d been texting back and forth for a couple of days before she was able to convince me to come out to their hideout.

It was a restricted building at the back of the school. I wondered how they didn’t get punished for using it, but I guess the rules work differently for different people.

I threw on the blue sweats and my headwarmer, before heading to the back of the school.

I spotted Jenna from afar and headed towards her quickly. Her smile widened on seeing me.

“Gazelle! You made it!
