Marked On Both Sides

**Gael's POV***

“Take it slow…you're too fast. I'm going to explode this way?!” I screamed out with my eyes shut, but it seemed as though the more I asked them to stop the faster they had become. At this point, it was obvious that I can't escape it.

“Shit! I'm about coming!” Just as I screamed out the words, the next thing I was attacked on both sides of my neck and I jerked my release at the same time. I don't know if it was the pain from the bites, but I suddenly saw darkness for a short while before I passed out for real.

# Two Days Later

I fluttered my eyes open and the first thing I realized was the smell of shampoo. I twitched my nose when I perceived this. What's going on? Why am I suddenly perceiving the scent of shampoo which is probably in the bathroom and I'm not in the bedroom? Not only that, I could hear a little droplet of water which I couldn't tell where it was coming from.
