They Can't Stop Me

**Cole's POV**

“W…what are you talking about?”

“What I mean is, I don't know since when my feelings changed towards you to the point that I wanted you so badly in my life. This is something that has never happened before with anyone.”

"I wish I understood what that means, but I honestly don't."

I wanted to tell him that everything changed after Stacey's betrayal. It was like a dream to me too. At first, I wanted revenge, but the more I searched for Gael the more I craved and longed for him. I thought it was all the feeling of wanting to find him to exert my revenge.

But when I finally found him, that wasn't the case at all. I discovered that I wanted him for real. It seemed as though my feelings were unleashed. And when I finally let myself be immersed into him, that was all it took for every hate I had for Gael to wear off. I didn't see him as a faggot anymore, but I saw him as someone fragile. Someone I want to protect with everything in me.
