Cole's Confession

**Gael's POV**

After the food was prepared, I carried the tray and headed upstairs to Cole's room. While on my way, I can't help but develop a fast beating heart. This is because I don't know what to expect when I get there.

I mean, what if I meet a furious Cole. What if he does something bad to me simply because I had refused to take his calls.

Getting to his room door, I decided to take a breather. I mean, I don't know what to expect from him, but then, there's no harm in trying.

I placed a sharp knock on the door, but got no reply.

I'm sure he would know that I was at the door. He told me himself that since he has marked me, he'll be able to sense me even if I was a mile away.

I placed a second knock but still got the silent treatment. At this point, I had no choice but to barge in. There's no doubt that he was mad at me. I'll just drop the tray on the table and walk away.
