Kairen's POV

Mom didn't care about the blood dripping from her hands. Her eyes were simply focused on Roman's still body. He was already turning cold, and his lips were already taking on a dreadful blue hue. Everything had started to signify that he was no longer with us, but I found it difficult to believe.
